- The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at service@pawprintsgear.com with the details.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

- For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies.
