Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat shipping fee of $5.99 for all orders under $50.
- Free Shipping: For orders totaling $50 or more, shipping is free.
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
- Standard shipping usually takes between 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 5 PM GMT on Fridays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

- You can track your shipment on our website or directly through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
Delivery Delays

Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Pawprintsgear is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may be applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Incorrect or Missing Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Pawprintsgear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
